SHIPPING COSTS

At WEITER all shipping costs to EU countries are free – regardless of where you’ve placed your order. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

Any country outside of the EU is not eligible for free shipping. Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory e-mail.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL with tracking number.

Delivery times are estimates and provided as guidelines only. Please note that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will do our best to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be held responsible for delays in transit as a result of remote delivery locations, adverse weather conditions or delays caused by customs and import procedures.

CUSTOMS + DUTIES

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes over which we are unaware. As soon as the articles arrive at the destination, sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office.

WEITER cannot be held accountable for any of these customs duties and import taxes even in the case that the articles should be returned. Please be aware that import regulations vary from country to country. It will be your sole responsibility to claim such import charges back from the applicable authority in your country.

RETURN POLICY

At WEITER we offer a 14 days return policy.

You have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to our return center for a refund. inform us of your request in writing to contact@weiter-united.com and we will send instructions by e-mail.

No parcel shall be accepted without our return authorization. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached in the branded packaging provided. This is also to ensure that the item arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state.

Please take care when trying on your purchase and return it in the same condition you received it so we can make sure that someone else can enjoy the item you’ve returned. Returns that have been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and a refund refused.

RETURN COSTS

The costs of returns will be need to be covered by you.

WEITER cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel. Please ensure that the parcel is properly protected when returning as returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Please note that you are responsible for the items during shipping. We therefore recommend you to choose a tracked method of shipping and always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have a proof of shipment.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item we will issue you with a full refund by the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges, duties, taxes or tariffs will not be refunded. Moreover, any return delivery and clearance costs incurred by you when returning products are non-reimbursable or refundable.

EXCHANGES

Please note that you are not able to exchange an existing order. You must place a new order and return the items you wish to exchange.
